Christine is a senior law clerk with over 25 years experience in all corporate law related matters including general corporate record-keeping and annual maintenance, corporate search related matters, incorporations, amalgamations, amendments and dissolutions. Christine also has extensive experience with tax reorganizations, family trusts, purchase and sale transactions, commercial financing and due diligence reviews. Her background includes experience in real estate, wills and estates and she has a solid understanding of legal accounting practices and principles. She is a member of the Ottawa Association of Law Clerks and The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

Having worked for sole practitioners, small firms and a large regional law firm, Christine understands the needs and requirements of the legal profession. Recognizing that most lawyers require a qualified, experienced corporate law clerk to support their law practices, Christine started VanillaBiz. It’s plain and simple.
